My first blog

Hello Blogger =D

So...until I figure out how to use this thing, I guess I'll use this dry shit as my background....
I'm Nicole and I'm 17 years young. I'll be 18 [and finally legal!] on August 15, 2009. Excited? Very much so.

Around that same time, I'll be moving on to a new chapter in my life : college . I'm pretty excited, but pretty afraid at the same time. I guess you can call me spoiled and pretty dependent on my mom and friends. I'm not ashamed to say it, because I know soon all of that is going to change. My whole life, I've needed someone there to pull me out of shit when I get in too deep or someone to hold my hands through the tough things in life.

But when I go to college, I won't have that security anymore and as weird as it sounds, I'm looking forward to it. I am finally ready to grow up and start to do things for myself. I'm ready to be a mature young woman.

Other than that, I'm a pretty normal teenager. I like to do normal teenaged girl things and I love to have fun. Oh, and I'm an aspiring veterinarian or congresswoman. Yeah, I know...two opposite ends of the spectrum. I doubt I'll truly make my decision until after I get my bachelor's degree. No matter what, I'll be in 4 more years of schooling. It'll either be law school or vet school. Maybe something different....we'll see.
